Responsibilities

Create Reels & short-form content that people actually stop scrolling for
Present ideas, products, and services in fluent, confident English
Consistently bring creative, fun, and engaging content ideas
Write killer hooks, captions, and short-form copy
Come up with fresh marketing ideas on the fly
Stay updated with global trends & internet culture
Shoot, edit, and publish content with speed
Help shape Codixel’s online presence with a strong vibe & storytelling

Minimum Qualifications

Fluent in spoken & written English
Comfortable on camera (no awkward energy, please)
Creative, expressive, and idea-driven
Skilled in fast and clean video editing
Skilled in fast and clean video editing
Able to come up with fresh marketing ideas without overthinking
Good at writing hooks that stop scrolling thumbs instantly
Always aware of what’s trending and why it works
Someone who can tell the difference between cool and cringe
